Tristan teaches privately at Red Drum Music Studios, Emerson School & has taught at Wesley College.

As a teacher, Tristan is focused on instructing people with a genuine love and interest for all things drums. Total beginners, to experienced players. Anyone with an open & patient attitude to learning & growing their skills. 

Currently performing with the 'Buddy Holly Show' & upcoming tribute series. Tristan has performed and recorded with multiple original projects over the years, such as Khristian Mizzi (Oz folk artist of ther year 22/23), Funk the distance, The Pyramid scheme, Word of mouth, Fizard, Simon Phillips, Jessica Moussi, Andrew Shepherd, The J-Spots and The undercovers. Tristan performs sessional work for local corporate & wedding bands.

Tristan's percussion experience extends to African & South American styles of hand drumming.

Keen investment in the evolution of electronic drums and technologies, ensures an up to date understanding and utility of current instruments & software. Music creation, production, and recording across Ableton & multiple OS platforms is a part of everyday practice.

Across Wesley College, the VCA, BHI performing arts & private tuition. Tristan has studied with some of Australia's most respected drummers, such as Darren Perkins, Tony Floyd, Graham Morgan, John Corniola, Robbie Parolin & Alex Pertout.
